Avida model units showcase the Alabang lifestyle
Innovative ways to live out and enjoy the Alabang lifestyle are demonstrated in a newly-opened showroom of Avida Towers Alabang at Theater Drive at Alabang Town Center in Muntinlupa. Open from 8 a.m. up to 8 p.m. daily, the showroom allows viewers to walk through three fully-furnished units that simulate studio, one- and two-bedroom units at the two-tower residential condominium project at Madrigal Business Park.
Avida Towers Alabang is a project of the affordable housing arm of property giant Ayala Land, Inc. It offers units from 22 sqm. to 53 sqm. and is set for completion in 2013. Since its launch in April, the project has exhibited a high takeup rate chiefly because of its location within the Ayala Alabang and Madrigal Business Park communities considered among the greenest areas in Metro Manila and a favored spot for marathons.
Moreover, being in an Ayala-developed community assure Avida Towers homeowners that their need for water, security, cleanliness and other factors that contribute to an orderly neighborhood will largely be met. Madrigal Business Park and Ayala Alabang have the highest property values in the area.
Growing interest in the project mostly from Paranaque and Las Pinas residents prompted the managers of Avida Towers Alabang to break ground on the development ahead of schedule last August.
The three model units designed by Asuncion Berenguer Inc. highlight a contemporary look that favors the use of glass, mirrors and chrome as well as neutral colors. All these put together help to make a space seem bigger than it is, according to Isabel Asuncion.
In the three model units, Asuncion also favored sofas that are basically well-cushioned rectangles devoid of oversized arms or curved backs. Furniture with sleek, clean lines are best suited to residential condo units, she further noted. A few well placed cushions, accent walls in bright hues and colorful prints and graphics inject warmth and coziness to the well-planned spaces.
Avida Towers Alabang is a short stroll away from the Alabang Town Center and is also near schools, malls, hospitals and churches.
